Josh Kleinjan is a financial modeling specialist with expertise in financial planning & analysis, transaction support, special situations, and interim/fractional management. His capabilities span from ‘in the weeds’ model builder and analyzer, to big picture executive advisory. Josh has a background in Assurance with PricewaterhouseCoopers, restructuring with Alvarez & Marsal, CFO advisory with Accordion, and private equity principal investing.
With a hands-on approach, Josh has developed a variety of financial models supporting critical business decisions. He has performed numerous transformations, including enhanced financial and operational reporting for internal and external stakeholders. He routinely identifies Key Performance Indicators and distills them into user-friendly formats, all tyed to operating plans.
Josh has extensive experience in all aspects of transactions, gained through dozens of engagements. He has conducted due diligence on target companies, provided sell-side readiness, participated in integration efforts, and executed on profitability and liquidity improvement efforts in special situations.
With direct private equity investing experience, Josh can support acquisitive strategies, divestures, debt and equity transactions.
Josh hold a BBA from Temple University (2010) and is a trained CPA. He practices infrared yoga, enjoys being by the water, and backpacking adventures in the great outdoors.
